How billing works

Limits you can predict and no surprise invoices

Usage in the period

Limits count sessions recorded and AI analyses used in the billing period. Deleting data never gives quota back, the full quota returns with the next period.

Recording pauses at the limit

At 100 percent recording pauses and you get a notice at 80 percent. There is no overage fee on any plan.

Upgrades are prorated now

Moving up charges the difference for the rest of the period immediately and the new limits apply right after payment.

One subscription per team

A team that already pays changes its plan instead of buying a second one, so nobody is charged twice.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

How much does session replay cost?

UserExplorer starts at $99 per month, or $49 per month billed yearly, for 10,000 recorded sessions, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics and 50 AI analyses. Growth is $499, Scale $1,499 and Enterprise $3,999 per month, each half price on yearly billing.

What counts as a session?

One visit by one person, from the first page until 30 minutes without activity. Bots and our own test accounts are not recorded and never count against your limit.

What happens when I reach my session limit?

Recording pauses until the next billing period and the dashboard tells you. Existing data stays available. We never charge for overage. You can move to a higher plan at any time and recording resumes at once.

Does deleting sessions free up my quota?

No. Limits count what was recorded in the billing period, so deleting sessions, projects or reports does not give quota back. The full quota returns with the next period.

Is there a free plan or trial?

There is no free plan. After you create an account you get a one time demo: record up to 500 sessions over 7 days on your own site, with a watermark and without AI analyses. The demo does not renew.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans cost exactly half of the monthly price, paid once a year. Startup is $588 a year, Growth $2,988, Scale $8,988 and Enterprise $23,988.

What happens when I upgrade?

You pay the difference for the rest of the current period right away, and the new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through. Moving from monthly to yearly works the same way. Downgrades take effect from the next period.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the billing portal in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew after that.

Is Enterprise available without a sales call?

Yes. Enterprise has a published price and the same checkout as other plans. SSO, SCIM, the SLA and the signed DPA are switched on in your account settings after payment, and invoice billing is available on request by email.

What is an AI analysis?

One request to the AI researcher: a question answered from your sessions, an insight report, a session summary batch or an AI interview summary. Each plan has a monthly number and a daily ceiling shown in the dashboard.
